अधिकार आणि कर्मचा-यांची कर्तव्ये

  1. MANAGING DIRECTORS :-

    The Governor may appoint any one of the Directors of the Board to be Managing Director for such period and upon such terms as he may think fit, for the conduct or management of the business of the Company subject to the control and supervision of the Board of Director. The Managing Director so appointed may be authorised by the Board to required to be done by the Board of Directors of the Company at the exercise such of the powers and discretion in relation to the affairs of the Company as are specially delegated to him by the Board and are not general meeting under this Act.
  2. FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND CHIEF ACCOUNTS OFFICER :-

    DUTIES :-


    Scrutiny of the all bills before payment of Head Office.
    1. Scrutiny of imprest account submitted by the Farm Manager.
    2. Control over bank transaction.
    3. Arrange the monthly salary payment to the staff working at Head Office as well as working on the Farm.
    4. Finalisation of annual account of the end of the year.
    5. Compliance of audit reports of Director of Audit (Commercial) and attend queries of statutory and internal auditors.
    6. Preparation of yearly budget Estimates / Revised budget estimates etc.
    7. Preparation of yearly capital budget estimates.
    8. Preparation of claim for GIA to be submitted to Govt. of Maharashtra.
    9. Remittances of leave salary and pension contributions in respect of Govt. Servants on deputation.
    10. Income-tax matters like assessment, filing of return etc.
    11. Any other duty entrusted by the Managing Director.
    RESPONSIBILITIES: -
    He is responsible to carry out all financial transactions smoothly with the proper control over the resources of the Corporation.
    1. He has to scrutinize the proposals for purchase of stock and stores with due care for financial rules and procedures.
    2. He is responsible to prepare the annual accounts of the corporation and submit to Board and Government.
    3. He has to surpervise the day to day work of cashier and persons working in accounts section.
    4. He has to scrutinize all the bills vouchers before payment of Head Quarters and see that irregular payment are avoided.
    5. He will check the log book of the vehicle of the corporation and see that they are maintain as per rules.
    6. Any other responsibility entrusted by the Managing Director in day to day working.
  3. ADMINISTRSTIVE OFFICER :-

    DUTIES :-


    To see that all employees attend office regularly and leave office regularly.
    1. To issue appointment orders and regularise the appointment previously made.
    2. To maintain service books of all the employees of the corporation including the persons working on farms.
    3. To regulate the increments of the employees and release them on due dates.
    4. To finalise leave cases of the employees and issue sanctions there-to.
    5. To maintain seniority lists of each cadre and regulate promotions.
    6. To initiate the proposals for supply and services at the head quarter and scrutinise such proposals received from farm manager.
    7. To maintain monthly progress report for the Corporation by consolidating the reports received from the farm Manager.
    8. To maintain a register of stationary and dead stock articles and conduct yearly verification.
    9. To scrutinize the claims on account of overtime allowance and submit for payment.
    10. To supervise the work of dispatch and inward of letters to be sent and received.
    11. To see that the correspondance as regards vehicle is initiated in time as regards taxes and insurance to be paid and other matters like repairs etc.
    12. To initiate the proposals for uniform to the class III and class IV staff.
    13. Any other duties entrusted by the Managing Director.
    RESPONSIBILITIES: -
    He is responsible to carry out all financial transactions smoothly with the proper control over the resources of the Corporation.
    1. To run the office smoothly and efficiently.
    2. To entertain the complaints received from the public as well as from staff members and find out solution and put-up them to Managing Director.
    3. To see that all vehicles are on the road and in good condition.
    4. To see that all leave, increments and other claims processed in time as regards the sanction in individual cases.
    5. To Maintain records and registers as regards Annual General Body, Board and other Meetings and see that the meetings are arranged smoothly.
    6. Any other responsibility entrusted by the Managing Director.
  4. FARM MANAGER :-

    DUTIES :-
    1. To carry out over all administration of farm as regards maintenance, development and finance in day to day business.
    2. To maintain all books of accounts of transactions taking place on the farm.
    3. To maintain all registers pertaining to live stock i.e. purchased, maintained and sold daily.
    4. To maintain feed, fodder registers etc.
    5. To submit annual account to head office soon after close of the year.
    6. To submit imprest account for every fortnight within a week .
    7. To send the proposals of leave increments in respect of the staff working under him.
    8. Disburse the pay and allowances of the staff working under him on due date.
    9. To initiate the proposals for expenditure required for the month through monthly requisition.
    10. To decide the cropping pattern for the cultivable land on the farm and submit proposals to head office for approval.
    11. To maintain cultivation register of each crop taken on the farm showing yield disposal and stock maintained for each month.
    12. To carry out bank transactions as per rules and regulation set for the financial matters.
    13. Any other duty entrusted by the Managing Director.
    RESPONSIBILITIES: -
    1. To maintain, develope and put all the resources of the farm judiciously for the prosperity of the corporation
    2. To see that all activities on the farm are done smoothly being overall incharge of the farm.
    3. To pay rate, rent and taxes in respect of the farm regularly and in time.
    4. To dispose off all the complaints received from staff members as well as public as regards farm at initial stages without delay.
    5. To see that all persons employed on farm are given full work load for each day.
    6. To submit annual report of the farm immediately soon after close of the year.
