Duties of the officers of the Society

13.1 Chairman
Administrative powers :

  • He / She shall conduct and regulate all meetings of the Society and the committee meetings and any committee or sub committee of which he may be a member.
  • He / She shall co-ordinate the effects of various executive members for development of the society
  • In case the votes for and against a particulars issue are equal, the Chairman shall exercise his/ her casting vote.
  • The Chairman may direct the Secretary to call a special meeting at a short notice in case of emergency.
  • The chairmen shall be sole and absolute authority to judge the validity of the votes castled by members at all Boards of directors meetings and Executive Committee meeting
  • "Executive Committee members and experts shall be nominated by Chairman in consultation with the Board of Directors.
  • He can call for any special or Extra-ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors".
  • He can call for any special or Extra-ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors".
  • All resignation shall be tendered to him and shall take effect only when accepted. He shall work as designated officer of the Society.
  • Chairman will have full powers to impose major punishments on employees of the Board and minor punishments on employees on deputation.
