औरंगाबाद जिल्हा एसपीसीए बद्दल ABOUT AURANGABAD SPCA
केंद्र शासनाच्या प्राणी क्लेष प्रतिबंधक अधिनयम, 1960 मधील तरतूदींची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी प्राणी क्लेष प्रतिबंधक (प्राणी क्लेष प्रतिबंधक सोसायटी स्थापना व नियमन) नियम, 2001 मधील नियम (3) च्या उपनियम (1) अन्वये, दिनांक 14 मार्च, 2017 च्या अ्धिसूचनेद्वारे राज्यातील प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यामध्ये
प्राणी क्लेष प्रतिबंधक सोसायटी स्थापन करण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार, सोसायटी नोंदणी अधिनियम, 1860 अंतर्गत औरंगाबाद जिल्हा एसपीसीए ची नोंदणी करण्यात आली आहे. यानुसार औरंगाबाद जिल्हा एसपीसीए शासन, महाराष्ट्र प्राणी कल्याण मंडळ, भारतीय जिवजंतू कल्याण मंडळ तसेच स्थानिक प्राधिकरण यांचेशी समन्वय साधून कार्य करेल.

The Aurangabad District SPCA has been established under provisions of Sub Rule 1 of Rule 3 of Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (Establishment & Regulation of Societies for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) Rules, 2001 for an effective implementation of the provisions of the Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, 1960 vide notification dated 14th March, 2017.
The SPCA is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Accordingly, the Aurangabad District SPCA shall work in coordination with the with the Government, Maharashtra Animal Welfare Board, Animal Welfare Board of India and the local authorities.
